Who we are

HUQ Reach (“we”, “us”) is a United Kingdom content studio operating the website huqreach.uk. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 we are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. You can contact us at queries@huqreach.uk or 07399590459.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

  • Your name and business name
  • Your email address, and phone number if you provide one
  • Your website and social media handles, if provided
  • What your business sells and what you would like help with
  • Any message you write

For security and abuse prevention we also record the IP address and browser user-agent used to submit the form.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposed scope of work, and to keep a record of business correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in protecting the site from abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting this site does not share your IP address with a third-party font provider. If analytics requiring consent are added in future, we will present a consent mechanism before any such cookies are set.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Enquiry details are stored on our own server and delivered to our business mailbox. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as service providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to retain them.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email queries@huqreach.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Content, filming and consent

Where we produce content involving identifiable people, we obtain appropriate consent for filming and publication. In regulated settings such as healthcare, we work within the relevant professional and advertising standards and do not film identifiable patients, procedures or testimonials without proper consent and privacy safeguards.
